How and when do I pay?
Payments are made on the first day of each month, by setting up an auto-payment once (scheduled to repeat monthly). This allows you to budget for the lessons, and also locks you into Matt's schedule for the upcoming month.
How many lessons do I get each month?
Students get four lessons per month. If your lesson day appears 5 times throughout the month, the 5th one will be a 'bye'. The student can use this to do some extra practice at home on the most recent drum lesson and revisit some older exercises.
What if I need to cancel a lesson short notice?
Same day cancellations, or forgetting about the lesson, means a forfeited lesson unfortunately.
Cancellations the day before or earlier, can be rescheduled for another time.
What if you are sick, Matt?
If Matt is too sick or injured to physically teach, he will reschedule the lesson to a future day/time that suits both student and teacher. If a new time can't be sorted in the near future, a lesson will be added to Matt's 'Owed Lessons list' for you to have in the future.
Can we have lessons during the school holidays?
Absolutely! Unless Matt is away, lessons can continue through the holidays.
What if we want to go away on school holidays?
No worries! Enjoy! Any pre-paid lessons will become owed lessons to you in the future. Or you can request a refund.
If I need to discontinue drum lessons altogether, how do I cancel?
Just let Matt know that you would like to end the lessons at the end of the current pre-paid month. That gives him a bit of notice to advertise that your spot is going to be available.

If your lessons happen on Fridays or Saturdays, please mark these dates on your calendar where Crutopia Drums will be CLOSED:
CLOSED: Saturday June 29th
Saturday fortnightly students still get their 2 x lessons per month on June 1st and 15th.
CLOSED: Friday Nov 29th
- Friday weekly students still get their 4 x lessons per month on Nov 1, 8, 15 and 22.
- Friday fortnightly students still get their 2 x lessons per month on Nov 1st and 15th.
CLOSED: Saturday Nov 30th
- Saturday fortnightly students still get their 2 x lessons per month on Nov 2nd and 16th.
